Rich provides intellectual property, business and law and transactional services, including providing legal opinions to facilitate operations for online gaming clients involved in online fantasy, e-sports, skill and regulated casino and sports gaming.

Rich was formerly in-house intellectual property counsel for a major global gaming manufacturer headquartered in Las Vegas, where he handled worldwide patent, trademark and general intellectual property matters. He currently represents gaming suppliers, table game and EGM/gaming device developers, slot game studios, gaming analytics and player loyalty platform providers and sports wagering operators.

Rich protects innovations in the firearms industry through design and utility patents, as well as provides trademark services involving trademark and trade dress protection

Rich prosecutes patents in payment processing, e-commerce systems, cryptocurrency-backed transactional systems and methods, financial instrument and securities management and banking fraud detection.
