He currently represents gaming suppliers, table game and EGM/gaming device developers, slot game studios, gaming analytics and player loyalty platform providers and sports wagering operators.

Rich protects innovations in the firearms industry through design and utility patents, as well as provides trademark services involving trademark and trade dress protection.

Rich has served as an expert before Federal and State Courts in contested matters involving patent and trademark law.
